  Lance and Kevin are working out. Then they make their way home from the gym at night. Lance and Kevin are in Lance’s house. Lance hears a noise and investigates Lance is investigating the noise in the kitchen. Monster is waiting and hiding from Lance. Monster chases Lance and eventually catches him. Lance dies. Kevin is in Lance’s room. Monster leaves kitchen walks towards bedroom. Kevin is unaware the monster enters the room. Kevin realizes the monster is behind him. End

Planning Blog: Title Design

  The opening credits of my film will appear in a bold/modern font in various corners of the screen and appear to "jump" into view. Credits will be all appear this way.  Working Title: The title of this film is likely to be "It Follows" It will be in the Verdana Font presented in all Caps: SUCH AS THIS Titles will appear to "jump" on the screen. They will arrive suddenly in various corners of the screen and disappear just as suddenly as if they "jump" off the screen titles will only appear for 3 seconds each Many scenes will be in a dark setting however the fonts will be black and red with red used to represent the titles themselves. Planning Blog: Location, participants, health, schedule

    Location:  We will be filming at my house and the various rooms inside it and the approaching road along the treeline Schedule:    (1/20/24)(1/21/24) - We will begin filming. I will film all of the main action and wide shots without dialogue first, which occur in scenes 1 - 8. I will also film all of the insert and montage shots which occur in scenes 3, 4, 5. I will film the ending scene last with the sound tech in the room.  (1/27/24)(1/28/24) - We will finish filming all the necessary shots for each scene. All monster scenes will be filmed. We will film every shot with dialogue which occurs in scenes 1 and 2. I will record the voice overs which occur in scene 1, and record all of the monster sounds and audio.    (2/3/24)(2/4/24) - Editing will take place. All of the shots and footage will be individually edited before they are all simultaneously uploaded uploaded to CapCut where all of the main editing process will occur.   We chose to use this site because it had exactly what me and my teammate need to aid in designing our title sequence. This site provides an incredible variety and assortment of various title sequences. This site includes the title sequences of various acclaimed and well known movies. However, the site does not fail to provide examples from indie flicks which may provide much different design aspects. This will be greatly useful for me and my teammate in designing our own title sequence. That is because it essentially provides countless references for me and my teammate to analyze. By viewing the various examples and popular designs of various title sequences me and my teammate can create an outline to follow in creating our own. This site also provides video interviews of various title designers. By being able to see their expression and hear their voice it is much easier to understand which design choices they find more favorable. Not just telling us why they do what they do but by

we chose to use this site because it has many useful features which are very useful for our research. This site provides a large selection of title sequences to view freely. it also includes interviews of various title sequence designers on their own work. Beyond this, this website includes interviews of title designers on their personal favorite title sequences and why they hold these opinions. All of these features will allow us to carefully read and analyze why these title designers make the design choices they make. This will help me and my teammate create our own title sequence with the insight of professionals in the industry. With this insight we will be able to make the same design choices as these title sequence designers and understand why.
