Steps For Success

 



Schedule: 

We want to begin shooting from the 21st of January to the 23rd and continue on the 7th of February to the 9th. Since most of the film takes place at night we want to film the daylight scenes first in January.

Location:

  • Gabe and or I's houses
  • park in either neighborhood
Participants:
  • Gabe
  • Me
  • Jordy
  • Rose
  • (people may join mid production due to availability
Health and Safety:

We will have our parents present with a first-aid kit on hand at the ready in case of injury. We will leave any setting up of electrical devices, driving, placement of objects on dangerous platforms, and/or chemical/chemical hazards to our guardians.

Props:
  • fake knife
  • fake gun
  • phone
  • laptop
  • fake blood
Costumes:
  • regular at home attire (main character)
  • black suit (antagonist)
  • police uniform (police officers)
  • regular women's clothing (antagonist)
Back Up Plans:

In case the actors that are meant to play certain roles are unavailable by the time of the shoot we have various people on standby that are willing to participate in our film. If that does not work either we also have another script which is doable with only the two of us.

 Hey Blog. I've been working up ideas for my commercial and I actually started gathering some footage. I really love exercise and especially going to the gym and I figured that the best course was to gather new footage instead of using old ones simply because the quality would be much better and my strength and technique has changed drastically. But I think I might add some old videos to compare to now so I have something intriguing for my audience showing my growth and progress. A few days ago I went to the gym with some friends of mine to gather some footage but we didn't end up gathering much it was our first time lifting together in a while and to be honest we got side tracked. Production Blog: Planning, gathering footage for the first few scenes

 Hey blog. This week I will start to gather footage for me and my teammates music video. This week I'm really going to focus on gathering footage for the first few scenes. The first scenes are split between the three of us. I need a sequence of me waking up early, preparing myself breakfast or a protein shake. I also need footage of me going for a morning jog. The overall plan isn't over complicated but the only issue is the time of day we want to shoot. We all agree that the dark of the night or early morning really fits the theme perfectly. In our video we are trying to translate the mindset of fitness and exercise. The mentality you need to be great. The music and the dark along with the message we're trying to convey. The mentality it takes has a certain intensity. It's almost as if there's a weight in your mind and you feel this drive to push yourself.
